New Members

Welcome to Sarah Bryan and Matt Barton who joined us during April, we hope you enjoy and benefit from your membership.

Well done to all those completing the London Marathon, and good luck to those taking part at Edinburgh (half and full marathons) and else where during May.

Competitions

Over the next few days we have The Dog and Hedgehog half marathon and Kingsbury Classic 10k off-road, during June there is the Aldridge 10k on Sunday 13th  and the Shugborough relays on Wednesday 23rd, as well as our monthly time trials, so there are plenty of competitive opportunities.

There are also all of our regular training runs and the Sunday morning sociable runs available.

Tuesday June 15th sees our next Social event meeting for a drink and chat followed by a meal.  Contact Lawrence for details or to confirm your attendance.
